Elements of medical:
- Pre-Screening questionnaire, carefully documenting any prescribed medication or existing medical conditions that may affect the results
- Collecting urine sample for testing, against a pre-agreed battery of illegal substances, in accordance with EWDTS ( European Workplace Drug Testing Society) principles of good practice ensuring dignity for the person being tested but reducing the ability to tamper/ contaminate any sample.
- Informing the employee and management via a report of the outcome of the test
- Ability to send sample for formal laboratory testing to achieve a legally admissible result.
